- We will try to fix the problem as quickly as we can but please do be patient as schools are busy places.
If you (student/parent) have any software issues* relating to IT in Ériu CC please complete the following options:
- Complete the Device Issue 2025-2026 form.
- Approach a student from the Digital Leader team if the issue can be fixed easily.
- Talk to Mr. Doonan (Room 24) regarding your ICT issue.
If you (student/parent) have any hardware issues** relating to IT in Ériu CC please complete the following:
- Log a ticket on Wriggle Support Ticket
- You should receive a response within a few days
*Software Issue Examples: Office365, VSware, WIFI, Passwords
