How to Set Up Your New Wriggle Student Device
When your child's new device arrives, a little bit of setup is needed before it's ready for school use. Please follow the steps below carefully to get everything working correctly.
Before You Start
Inside the box, you will find a 'Let's Get Started' flyer containing several QR codes. You can scan these using a mobile phone or any personal device.
Please note: scanning a QR code alone does not complete the device setup. You still need to follow the steps below in full.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Fit the Case Correctly Before doing anything else, fit the protective case onto the device properly. Wriggle have a short video showing the correct way to do this: How to put on your device case
Alternatively, scan the QR code labelled "Step 1: How To Put On Your Device Case Correctly" on the flyer.
2. Log In to Your Wriggle Account Go to your Wriggle online store account and log in using the same email address and password you used when placing the order. This is where your child's device login details are stored.
3. Go to Orders Once logged in, click on Orders.
4. Download the Student Sheet Scroll down to the Student Sheet section and click View Student Sheet. This opens a PDF containing your child's login details. Click the download option to save a copy for your records, as you'll need this information during setup.
5. Download the Get Started Guide Below the Student Sheet section, you'll find User Guides. Click View User Guide to download the full setup instructions for the device.
6. Follow the User Guide Work through the steps in the downloaded User Guide to complete the device setup.
7. Redeem E-Books (if applicable) If your child's order includes e-books, scan the QR code labelled "Redeem Your E-Books" on the flyer for a video walkthrough of the redemption process.
